Nicked from the usual sites, here's what I noticed been stirring up among the fashionistas. Have fun :)
I am especially interested into the short over long layering. It gives such playful vibe that's fun! Another 1 will be the tail. There was once where I'm attracted to this sailor striped penguin tail tee but did not acquire it (regretted). Since then, I have been paying attention to this kind of style.
